Austria Original Musical Sissi

“Austria Original Music Sissi” showed us a love story of Princess Sissi and young Emperor Franz Joseph of Austria. The musical performance showed at Nanjing culture and arts center. I went there to watch the musical with my mother at 7:30 on November 1, 2009. I have chosen this performance because I watched the famous moviewhen I was young. Now I still liked the princess Sissi. She is a great person in my mind. I could learn many things from her. I felt excited to watch the performance. At that time, I almost cried.
The performance was excellent that I ever seen before. The stage musical scenes were so many, such as Hungarian plains romantic, Austria Hofburg place. Through the most advanced lighting, projection technology and the original scenes were to restore the magic of the stage. Props were based on the original king reproduction, including the furniture, lamps and mirrors and so on. Actor luxury jewelry and fashion design were be strong representation of the magnificent palace life. This was a beautiful classic exotic visual feast of the European court. I felt the magnificent baroque-style palace in Vienna, as well as beautiful scenery in Europe.
I really liked the performance. The prima Donna was Nicole Ciroth. I talked and made a friend with her after performance. She was a friendly person. Nicole just liked the real princess Sissi because she had a kind heart and was willing to help others. Then we took photos together.
This performance gave me a great chance to enjoy the European culture and learn English. It showed the Europeans’ lifestyle dresses, history and many things in the performance.
I will never forget that day’s performance.
